Who We Are

Next Mile Recruiting helps high-school cross-country and track athletes, their families, and coaches navigate the college athletic recruiting process. Our services are intended for a general audience, primarily high-school athletes, parents and guardians, and coaches.

Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), before we collect an athlete's email address we ask for their date of birth. If a visitor indicates they are under 13, we do not ask for or collect their email address or other personal information. Instead, we ask them to have a parent or guardian contact us.

Information We Collect From Athletes 13 And Older

When an athlete indicates they are 13 or older and chooses to sign up, we may collect:

We use this information to send recruiting-related communications and to operate and improve our services.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools to deliver email and to measure and improve our site, including analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta. We do not knowingly share the information of anyone who has identified as under 13 with these third parties.

Parents' And Guardians' Rights

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 may have provided us personal information, or you want to review or delete information associated with your child, please contact us at info@nextmilerecruiting.com. We will verify the request and delete the information from our records.

If We Learn We Have Collected A Child's Information

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete that information promptly.
