How Kentucky State Track Qualification Works
Kentucky has three classifications — Class 3A, 2A, 1A — governed by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA). The state championships run at the University of Kentucky’s Outdoor Track facility in Lexington each May, with all three classes contested over the same weekend.
Kentucky runs region → state qualifying. Each class has its own regions, with the top finishers from each region advancing. KHSAA delegates results hosting to MileSplit Kentucky; the canonical archive lives at milesplit.live.
Below: every KHSAA state meet from 2022–2025 — three per-class results pages per year, both genders covered.
