How Louisiana State Track Qualification Works
Louisiana has seven classifications for state track — 5A through 1A, plus Class B and Class C for the smallest schools — governed by the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA). The state meet is held at Bernie Moore Track Stadium on the LSU campus in Baton Rouge each May.
Athletes qualify through their district meet → regional → state. The LHSAA partners with MileSplit to manage online entries, performance lists, and live results.
LHSAA archives state meet results going back to 2003. Below: every state meet, 2022–2025.
Full Meet Results
LHSAA publishes a single compiled results PDF per year covering all classifications, boys and girls. The 2022 results live on Delta Timing’s archive (LHSAA’s timing partner that year) instead of LHSAA’s own site.
